Research Specialities:  I am a scientist working on various aspects of circuits and systems for deep neuromorphic networks, image processing, and pattern recognition.

Current Roles: Head of Department - Electrical Engineering (2017-), Director of Bioinspired Microelectronics Systems Lab  (2015-), Chair of the faculty senate (2016-17); Nazarbayev University [2013- present].

Education: Ph.D.  [2 years] (on hardware face recognition) from Griffith School of Engineering, Griffith University; Masters [2 years] (on current mirrors) and Bachelors (honors) [4 years] (on fuzzy logic) with the highest distinction (summa cum laude)  in Electronics Engineering

IEEE/IET: Founding chair IEEE Kazakhstan subsection (2017-), IEEE  Kerala CASS Chapter Founding Chair (2015-2016), Execom Member Kerala Section (2015-2016), Exec. Member of IET Vision and Imaging Network (2015-2017).

Publications: 80+ papers on mixed-signal circuits, algorithms, and systems for intelligent pattern recognition systems especially with memristive devices and circuits.
